This classic looking XLR connector uses Seetronics rugged chuck type cable strain relief along with a tough polyurethane boot and die cast metal casing. Simplicity is key when it comes to connector assembly, these have 4 integral parts that lock together when assembled and squeeze down on to the cable to ensure a rock-solid termination that will not come un-stuck without disassembly. Seetronic represent excellent value for money.
3 Pole relates to the amount of carrier signals inside the connector assembly, in this case three. This is a balanced connector. Two signal carriers and a ground.
