Neutrik Compact Male XLR with Coloured Caps. Low Profile

Available in 10 colours, these coloured caps simply push on, in replacement of the rear bushing and the internal cable clamp. These are an excellent solution for static applications where space is a problem, notably behind studio mixing consoles, inside studio and playback rack systems and portable recording setups.

The caps can be inserted in any orientation within the 360degree radius, allowing the cables to exit at the most convenient position. If you need to change the direction, then we advise that the caps are removed and then replaced. Twisting may result in damage at the solder joints.

We recommend 'FOX TWO mini' cable for use with these connectors. Van Damme Pro-Patch will also work but is slightly too big for the caps to insert fully.

Please be advised that these do not have any internal strain relief. Once the caps are fully inserted, they pinch down onto the cable, trapping it between the shell and the cap.
