Important: Ensure that the correct size cable is used (1.0mm is recommended).

1. Remove fixing nuts and bolts on both plug and socket, push inserts from sleeves.
2. Prepare the cable
3. Fit sleeves to cable before making connections. Sleeve marked 'CONNECT TO MAINS' must be on the mains supply side.
4. Sleeve marked 'CONNECT TO APPLIANCE' must be on the cable from the appliance or equipment.
5. Pass cable through the cord grip.
6. Wire plug and socket terminals and tighten screws securely.
7. Tighten cord grip securely over cable outer sheath.
8. Reassemble inserts to sleeves then replace and tighten nuts and bolts.
