FOX One is a tough, and highly flexible High-Impedance (Hi-Z) instrument cable. Suitable for Guitars, Violins and unbalanced RCA interconnects. The cable is super-low-noise with 100% shielding and a respectable capacitance of 120pf per meter. The outer jacket is made from a PVC composite that is tough, flexible, and easy to coil.

Low-resistance and average capacitance values mean this cable is 'transparent' so will not affect your tone in anyway.

Construction

A 24awg OFC conductor is held within a Foamed Polyethylene dielectric. A semi-conductive carbon sleeve is then formed around the dielectric. This protects the delicate signal from RFI (radio) and EMI (electro magnetic) interference. A copper shield is then spiralled around the sleeve before a PVC over-jacket is extruded to hold the internals in place. Spiral screens are superior for durability as they remain flexible and do not 'kink' or 'knot' like a braided shield would.

**Please note; when soldering connectors onto this cable the black semi conductive sleeve should be cut back to avoid low-resistance shorts. Take a sharp knife and slice length ways down the exposed sleeve, it will then peel off. If you are having issues with 'tone' after termination, this will 100% be the cause.
