If the socket has a lower rating than the plug i.e. ‘*63amp Plug to 32amp socket.’

The *32amp equipment you are plugging into the power supply with this cable ‘is not protected by the correct current trip rating at source.’ If in the event your equipment develops a fault that causes an over draw of current, the protection will not trip till it reaches *63amps, and will cause electrical and/or heat damage to your equipment, which can lead to fires.

You will need to ensure adequate protection is installed between the cable and the equipment, to prevent any damage or fires!

This is an incredibly tough 32 amp max 230v Ceeform adapter lead manufactured with H07RN-F mains cable and a Midnight Black PCE 63amp plug and 32amp socket. H07RN-F cable is highly flexible and can handle even the harshest of environments. Weather, oil, grease, mechanical and thermal stresses do not pose a problem for this cable. 

The all black 'Stealth' appearance of these cables make them ideal for a range of situations including; theatre, broadcast, industrial applications, On-Site, Event Power + many more. This lead is rated as IP44 so is “Splash Proof”.
