We designed this unit for use in studios to power (and switch) low power devices. The unit has a max rating of 10amps, spread across all 14 outputs. This is plenty of power when considering the power consumption of synthesisers and rack gear such as compressors, gates, effects etc. There is a 10amp Thermal Cut-off switch on the front of the unit, this also acts as an overall on/off switch. If you exceed 10 amps this switch will activate, to protect the device, and temporarily switch of the unit. It can be reset by switching off to on.
Each output on the rear is switched on/off from the corresponding rocker switch on the front of the unit.
